 Hon. Abubakar Buba, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, is often cited as the most impactful commissioner in  Kaduna state. 

Also, the commissioner tops list of Best Performing Commissioners in Nigeria

Abubakar Buba been ranked as the best performing Commissioner in Nigeria by an online platform MOONLIGHTNEWS.

The works of the Commissioner following the more agenda of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kaduna state Senator Uba Sani has not gone unnoticed and it is in this stride that has been ranked as the best performing Commissioner in Nigeria.

According to the online media, Hon. Abubakar Buba has been ranked as Number One having revolutionize environmental governance in Kaduna state.  

Under his visionary leadership, kaduna State has achieved remarkable milestones in environmental protection, waste management, and sustainable development.

Hon. Buba’s innovative approach to environmental challenges has resulted in the implementation of cutting-edge waste-to-energy projects, comprehensive flood control systems, and groundbreaking oil spill remediation programs. His administration has successfully reduced environmental degradation by 50% while increasing green cover across the state by 40%.

Under his guidance, the ministry has become a model for other states, featuring state-of-the-art technology for real-time environmental data collection and analysis. His collaborative approach with environmental organizations has attracted green investment to the state.
