The Chief Magistrate Court of Kabala Doki kaduna in Kaduna State, Justice Naheed Ibrahim Abdulhamid has again adjourned the murder case of Ahmed Musa, a student of government technical college malali kaduna, who was brutally killed on 16th February 2025, to 27th May 2025, because the witnesses, the Nigeria police and the prime suspects didn’t appear in the court this Tuesday.

The mother of the deceased cried out after the court session, saying the kaduna state government has neglected the family.

” I want the public to know that no matter what i, the biological mother of Late Ahmed Musa i won’t back out, i will continue the struggle to see justice have been done. By mere looking at the murder case, is like kaduna state government and the Nigerian police want to frustrate the family so that out of frustration, we will back out and the murder case will no longer proceed”.

“So the next step is we will organize a MASS WOMEN PROTEST across the state, we have started contacting different women organizations, after that, we will then proceed to BEREKETE FAMILY, also we will organize a WORLDWIDE PRESS CONFERENCE in respect of my son’s brutalization”.

She called for the intervention of the human rights groups such as Amnesty international and others.
