The relationship between Governor Uba Sani and his chief of staff Sani Liman Kila goes a long way right from when he was a senator and before, he has been consulting Kila on all critical decisions.

This level of trust and friendship that exists between the two men, coupled with the competence of Sani Kila and his over 20 years in public service, puts the latter in a good position to serve a central role in the Uba Sani's administration.

Kila is an archetypal public servant, a turn around expert, a bridge builder and a smooth operator with superb diplomacy and public relations skills capable of turning apathy to interest and failure to success.
