Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, the executive Governor of Katsina state, is a leader by example, an altruistic personality, a versatile politician, administrator, an intellectual of rare breed, our likable politcal leader and the youngest governor in the history of Katsina State.

Governor Dikko Radda have clearly demonstrated that leadership is not in age, but in experience encapsulated in strategically defined vision, well-directed proactiveness and collectivity.

His leadership gift is further reflected in his tireless devotion to duty, in his pragmatic management of issues and in his amazing deployment of intelligence to solve knotty problems.
