Makarfi Ambassadors, CSOs Join Forces to Ensure PDP Wins 2023 Polls

As the 2023 general elections draw closer ,group under aegis of Makarfi Ambassadors in collaboration with thirty-eight Civil Society Organizations reaffirmed commitment to work for the victory of the main opposition party , the People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Briefing journalists during a press conference held shortly after a political review meeting in Kaduna, Mr. Abdullahi Ahmed, the Coordinator General-Matters and Engr. Bolade Aina, Coordinator Planning/Strategy harped on need for Nigerians , particularly the Electorate to come out and vote PPD, the party that has respect for their welfare, security and general development of the people .

According to the Makarfi Ambassadors, the 38 CSOs that agreed to work for PDP are doing so out of results of a research work carried out on preferred candidates that can deliver Nigerians from shackles of ravaging insecurity, banditry, dwindling economy and mal-administration over the past seven years under the ruling party ,All Progressives Congress.

"As a group, we are happy to inform you today  that 38 CSOs have painstakingly conducted a survey ,which revealed PDP as a party with the best candidates and  requisite capacities and senses  to deliver dividends of democracy directly to the people at the grassroots level.

The Makarfi Ambassadors further said, "It might interest Nigerians to know that these CSOs are convince beyond reasonable doubt that PDP will not only win the elections, but also  the only answer to all development challenges and issues of dearth of leadership across all tiers of governance in Nigeria.

"All we want to say now is that the D-Day is near, and the time to make the right choice is the hands of Nigerian .And this is why we have come out to appeal to our electorate to vote PDP from Top to Bottom .

"We want to assure Nigerians that a Vote for the former Vice President, Alh.Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on February 25 during the forthcoming presidential elections would be vote for sustained progress and development".

However ,the Makarfi Ambassadors asked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to avoid any act capable of breaching public peace as it carries out its duty .
