Niger Youths Back PDP Candidate ,Hon. Kantigi for Governor

...Says He Has Requisite Capacity , Experience to Sustain Growth, Development


Ahead of the forthcoming general elections , youth across all local of Niger State have come out with a loud voice to back the the Governorship candidate of the People's Democratic Party(PDP), Hon. Isah Liman Kantigi .

According to youths ,the former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs,is  no doubt the best candidate for the highly coveted seat of Governor for several reasons . 

In a statement signed by Comrade Aliyu Aminu Kontagora on behalf of the Youths, "Niger State is at a critical point of collapse ,when it comes to deployment of leadership capacity to deliver dividends of democracy to the downtrodden in the State .

The Statement further reads : "We are convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Kantigi will bring his wealth of experience to bare  as a businessman , administrator and politician to  coordinate both the natural and human resources available on the State for sustainable growth, progress and all encompassing development that will touch live of the citizenry. 

"The ruling party,All Progressives Congress (APC) has failed the good people of Niger State and as concerned youth and leaders of tomorrow , we can't afford to adopt a  'Siddon-Look' approach ,when have the electoral power to decide who governs us come 2023.

"The time is now for all residents and citizens of Niger State regardless of ethnic or religious backgrounds to come and support a leader that has the requisite capacity and experience to create jobs; create wealth ,build our comatose industries, open vistas for investment and business opportunities .

"We are not resting on our hoars to mobilise the youths to vote  and  ensure that the  votes counts during the forthcoming governorship elections in the State .

"It's a well known fact that Hon. Kantigi   is a  philanthropist,who has over and over demonstrated a selfless concern for the  people , especially the indigent; poor ,woman and less privileged in the society.

"He is also known as a grassroots leader ,that will do anything to ensure people are happy, with several references to how he used his personal wealth out of politics to help purchase transformers , built hospitals , scholarships and empowered youths across the state."
