Easter: NOUN VC Urges Renewed Hope, Commitment to Education The Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Professor Uduma Oji Uduma, has called on Nigerians, particularly members of the university community, to embrace the spirit of renewal, resilience and hope as Christians mark Easter Sunday.
