"El-Rufai sought to bury the legacy of Ramalan Yero by weaponizing state power to humiliate him. To now turn around and walk into the same man’s house pretending camaraderie is not ...

A Nation That Has Everything but Lacks Everything By Faduri Oluwadare Joseph

A Nation That Has Everything but Lacks Everything By Faduri Oluwadare Joseph The Tinubu government has become a cruel joke. How do you boast about paying off a loan only to immediately seek another? Who is deceiving who? When some Nigerians celebrated this administration's so-called loan repayment, I warned them: loan payments do not equate to development or positive change in the life of the average Nigerian. We removed fuel subsidies, claiming it would save the country billions. We claimed increased revenue. Yet we continue borrowing like a bankrupt addict. What kind of jungle are we running? This isn’t governance—it’s organized irresponsibility. We are led by a government enabled by a rubber-stamp National Assembly that refuses to question the rationale behind these loans. Until the people decide to take their country back, these leaders will not stop wrecking the economy and squandering our future. Nigeria must one day come to terms with the reality: we desperately ...
